Rooted Community Church (RCC) is a community of Christian believers, who are devoted disciples of Jesus Christ, based largely in the town of Tamworth, and surrounding communities in the West Midlands.

We are evangelical in our theology - believing the Bible to be the inspired Word of God.

​

We are charismatic in our practice – expecting the Holy Spirit to manifest his gifts and his presence amongst us as we gather.

​

We are part of the wider Body of Christ: locally through Tamworth Christian Churches; nationally through the Evangelical Alliance; and relationally through the All Nations Movement - a family of churches and ministries with a shared vision for revival and a passion to raise disciples who make disciples.

 

We are led by our Pastor, Steve Le Page and our core Leadership team who work alongside him.

We are seeking to have many gatherings and currently have our main gathering at 4pm on a Sunday at St Francis' Church, Leyfields, our Cafe Church gathering meeting at 10.30am at St Editha's Community Hall, Tamworth Town Centre and our Glow Cafe Church gathering in Mercia Boxing Club and Community Centre, Leyfields at 11am.

RCC is made up of people from many walks and backgrounds in life, who have found a joy, a hope, a purpose, in following Jesus Christ.

We welcome people from all backgrounds.

• Socially - No matter what may be happening at home, work or school we long to be a place of refuge where everyone is able to communicate in a way they find most comfortable. 

• Ethnically - We long to be a little glimpse of heaven: with people from every tribe, language, people and nation, coming together to worship.

• Age - Whether families with young children, those up into their senior years and any stage in-between, we delight in how the Church is an extended family of brothers and sisters in Christ. We long to see more people across the entire age spectrum.
